Returns and Refunds
Zomi’s return policy is straightforward and hassle-free. Please notify Zomi within 7 days of delivery. If unfortunately 7 days have passed, Zomi will not be able to provide you with a refund or replacement. To initiate a return please email returns@zomi.co.uk

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return has been received and reviewed, Zomi will send you an email notifying you that Zomi has received your returned item. Zomi will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 10 days.

All UK orders are eligible for free continental UK shipping unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, Zomi does not ship to Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey. The UK courier chosen by Zomi is Hermes GB

All orders are processed and shipped from Zomi’s European warehouse. Please allow extra time to process your order during holidays and peak seasons.

Change shipping address
Once your order has been placed, Zomi cannot cancel, if you need to change your delivery information, please contact Zomi as soon as possible at delivery@zomi.co.uk. Zomi will not be able to make any changes once the order has been processed.

Lost/Stolen Delivery
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to your respective carrier and of course email Zomi immediately so Zomi can investigate and ensure the problem is resolved as soon as possible .
