Any faultless ZitSticka item is refundable as long as it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including all original packaging and accompanying materials. Essentially, it must be suitable for resale. Shipping costs for change of mind purchases are borne by the customer.

Opened or used product
Unfortunately, ZitSticka does not offer refunds for opened or used products. The only exception is when the project fails, as described above.
How to keep track of your cubes
ZitSticka will email you a tracking number once your package ships. Just give it a day or so to activate the tracking number.
If you gave ZitSticka the wrong address during checkout
Email ZitSticka at email@example.com as soon as possible (as it is now) and ZitSticka will do everything ZitSticka can to update you. ZitSticka will send you a confirmation email once you have ordered, so double check your details.
If your order has already been shipped then unfortunately ZitSticka cannot change the route of the package.
