Can I change or delete my existing order?
In most cases, it is a pity that John Henric has not had the opportunity to adjust orders that have been placed. This is because the order process for John Henric from placing the order to shipping from John Henric’s warehouse is very fast.
I entered the wrong address on the order, can I change it?
John Henric kindly asks you to check your address carefully before completing your order.
How do I know my order has been processed?
You will receive an order confirmation in the email you added when placing your order. You should receive your order confirmation within an hour. Please check that the order is not in your spam folder.
What payment methods are available?
After proceeding to checkout and adding details, all payment methods available in your country will be displayed.
Will my package be charged customs and import fees?
Once the package reaches the destination country, any duties or import duties will be charged. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, John Henric has no control over these fees and can’t tell you how much they are, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current fees before you order, so you won’t be surprised by fees you didn’t expect.

How long is the delivery time?
John Henric’s delivery time varies from about 1-8 business days depending on which country you order from. During checkout, you will be able to see the estimated delivery days.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
John Henric offers free worldwide shipping! Note that shipping is free, but custom charges are not included in the total billed amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Which countries do you ship to?
John Henric ships to most countries in the world via UPS. Select your country when entering John Henric’s website. When you add your address at checkout, you’ll get all the shipping options available.
Please Note: Due to the current situation, John Henric unfortunately does not currently ship to Ukraine or Russia. John Henric’s heart goes out to those affected by this terrible act of war.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped from John Henric’s warehouse, you will receive a tracking link where you can track your order.

Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately, John Henric does not currently offer free worldwide returns. John Henric kindly asks you to send it back at your own expense. Hopefully in the near future John Henric will be able to provide smoother returns.
How long will it take for you to process my return?
In accordance with John Henric’s Returns Policy, John Henric shall reimburse you for the product and/or service paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the product is returned. Once your return has been received and processed by John Henric, John Henric will email a return confirmation and send your refund.
