Is Hypeach easy to return?
Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and prepaid shipping labels via email.
How soon can I receive my store credit?
After the return is received and processed at Hypeach’s warehouse, the store credit will be emailed to the customer. Within 2 to 5 business days after processing the return, the e-gift card store credit will be completed and emailed to you.
All US orders can be returned for free and no replenishment fees. From the date of performance, you have 30 days to return eligible items.

How do I initiate a return?
